Virtual Services in Estate Planning, Probate & Elder Law

We are pleased to announce that Amy L. Phillips, PLLC is now able to serve clients in two states, and recently opened a new office in Pittsburgh, PA with a focus on virtual estate planning services. This is in addition to our main office in Winter Haven, Florida. Now, with both locations, the firm has even more resources available to meet the ever-changing demands of our clientele. We are equipped to serve clients across both states with our high-tech services.

We have all been experiencing unfamiliar challenges and unforeseen difficulties, and I want to reassure you that we have options to help. We remain committed to serving each of our clients, even if it may look a bit different. We have continually been working on polishing the remote services that we offer and I’m pleased to say that our services can be completed virtually or from a distance. Services offered include:

  • creating a will or trust,
  • signing a power of attorney and living will,
  • designating a healthcare surrogate,
  • probate services,
  • Medicaid qualification services,
  • and more.

If you choose to engage in our virtual services, that doesn’t mean you lose the personalized attention you deserve, that’s important to us too. Even from a distance, you can be assured that each strategy we develop for you will be personalized and receive the direct attention it requires. You don’t have to delay moving forward with the things that matter the most to you, your family, and your future. In fact, we’ve found that our video conferencing capabilities allow us to have multiple face-to-face meetings with a client, rather than relying on impersonal phone calls for short conversations.

If you’d like to schedule a consultation or have questions, give us a call at (863) 268-8292 (FL) and (412) 643-3999 (PA). With a forward-focused approach, you can rest assured your family’s future is in good hands.
